Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bravonne, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is straightforward and fully compliant with UK consumer laws.

Right to Cancel (30-Day Return Window)

Under UK consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order. However, for your added peace of mind, Bravonne extends this to a 30-day return period from the day you receive your item.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, clean, and free of pet hair.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, Bravonne will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Size: If you are returning the item due to a change of mind or selecting the incorrect size, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at concierge@bravonne.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 working day with the exact return shipping address and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service (recommended).

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label before contacting us.


Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size. For defective items, please contact us directly at concierge@bravonne.co.uk for an immediate replacement.
